Profile
A short bald man who wears a red suit and rules over Roppongi along with his partner Count Black. Both of them care for and dote on a girl named Alice who refers to them as her uncles.

Count Red can be found on the highest floor of Roppongi and will greet the Hero amicably, saying he and Count Black rebuilt the town and put a forcefield around it all for the sake of letting Alice live there free from harm and stress.
