Chiwa Saito is a Japanese voice actor. She is known for voicing Homura Akemi in Madoka Magica, Hitagi Senjogahara in Monogatari, and every version of Tamamo in the Fate franchise starting with Tamamo-no-Mae in Fate/Extra. In the Megami Tensei franchise, she voices Metis in Persona 3 FES: The Answer, and Yoko Hiromine in Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance.
