Sea Fishing

In order to fish at Shichiri Beach, the protagonist must catch the Guardian and show it to the old man at the Samegawa Flood Plain. Doing so will grant the Sea Fishing Rod.

Swimming

Swimming can be done in any type of weather and consumes time. The protagonist can swim in the ocean to gain +3 Courage. During bad weather, he can gain either another +3 Courage or +3 Understanding instead.

Sea Gazing

The protagonist can gaze out at the sea, causing a Persona he has on-hand to learn its next skill without leveling up or gaining any EXP. If there are multiple Personas that have skills to be learned, then the one with the lowest level will be prioritized. If none of his Personas can learn skills, then time will pass without anything else happening.
