Hallel is a recurring Race of Demons in the Megami Tensei franchise. In Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne and Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation Dx2, is the unique race of Ose Hallel and Flauros Hallel, and it is known as Seraph in the latter game.
