Soul Hackers(3DS) | Jack Frost and Pyro Jack have teamed up to teach humans who would pick on poor defenseless demons a lesson! Their official name is the "Devil Buster Busters." Pyro Jack leads the way, while Jack Frost follows along. They travel the land in order to get all self-proclaimed Devil Busters to promise not to pick on demons. |
Game Appearances
Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner
The duo are minor NPCs who can be encountered in the Sewers.
Yarai Sewers
Upon meeting the pair, they introduce themselves and then ask the protagonist if he is a Devil Buster.
If the player answers yes, the pair threaten the protagonist, saying that they will beat him up, after which the player is given a choice as to whether or not they wish fight or ignore the pair.
Choosing to fight them results in the pair calling the protagonist pathetic, then proceeding to leave. Ignoring them results in the pair laughing at the protagonist, calling him a coward.
If the player answers no to their initial question, they proceed to ask if he is a Devil Summoner, then threaten to beat him up.
Mt. Kisagi Sewers
Upon encountering the pair again, they threaten to challenge the protagonist if he doesn't swear to never bully demons again.
If the player swears never to bully demons again, the pair excitedly proclaim that they have punished the protagonist.
Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers
The DB Busters are exclusive to the 3DS version and can only be obtained via Nemechi.
Trivia
- There is a poster in Megami Ibunroku Persona featuring the duo alongside the Protagonist from Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner in the Mikage-cho Subway.
