The World of Pride has a medieval castle esque interior with gray brick walls and double doors. It is ruled by Hazama's appointed ruler Vine, who was a King or Earl of Hell in Christian Demonology. Upon entering 1F, Ideo Hazama possesses a statue to threaten the Protagonist about their pride.[1] Fitting the theme of pride, Vine expresses arrogance of his abilities when the Protagonist meets him,[2] and drops the Ring of Restraint when defeated.
There are 5 floors. There is a Fountain on B1F where you can heal party members. In 1F is a town with the first Cathedral of Shadows, weapon, armor and item shops and a casino. After obtaining the Ring of Restraint, the World of Gluttony can be accessed through the Chamber of Seals.
