The souls of Ozawa and the members of Turtle-Head from 199X can be found in the Chesed Temple. The Turtle-Head members hold a grudge against Ozawa for leaving them to die in the Great Cataclysm while he got to live a longer life, so they elect to ignore him, commenting that as he is now an old man, he cannot understand them anyway. Fat Man merely says that he is hungry.
