Takemi Medical Clinic is a location in Persona 5 and Persona 5 Royal. The Takemi Medical Clinic, sometimes abbreviated as TMC, is located in Yongen-Jaya's backstreets and open during mornings and afternoons.
The clinic is first visited on April 16th as part of game progression. It is the location of physician Tae Takemi, the Death Confidant, and her medical item specialty shop.
During Death Confidant Rank-ups in the clinic, one note of the Guts social stats is earned from Rank 1 to Rank 8.

The clinic's stock expands by ranking up the Death Confidant. At Rank 7 all items available receive a 50% discount. Rank 10 item prices are listed without the 50% discount applied, as while they are automatically discounted when obtained during regular gameplay they are at full price during early New Game+ if the key item Dog Tag was previously obtained by reaching Death Confidant Rank 10.
A brochure display on the far right side of the waiting room can be examined to read health information. The content changes periodically, every 1 to 3 weeks.
