At the Takamagahara, if Ayato Katsuragi goes to one of the Healing Springs he'll hear a voice, that voice asks him if he's the one that soiled the fountain, depending on the choices Katsuragi will fight a Suseri-Hime, after she's defeated the spring will be tainted in blood.
