Sophia is the ruler of the World of Shadows, where she assists the Nahobino by allowing him to use Essences, acquire Miracles, perform Fusion and summon from the Demon Compendium.
Sophia appears as a humanoid woman who is significantly taller than the Nahobino. Her skin is pure white and has vertically symmetrical engravings, the most notable being a pattern of various rectangles that resemble a piano's keyboard from her clavicles to her thighs. Her eyes are red with black sclera and her hair is black. She wears a large blue cloak with dark accents, a silver crown around the head and blue square ornaments near the legs, a long red and white ribbon with a gold ornament around her neck and her ears appear to be covered with an accessory resembling headphones.

Once the Nahobino reaches the Leyline Fount in Mita, Sophia beckons the Nahobino to the World of Shadows. There, she explains her role and awakens his potential to gain Essences and Miracles.[1]
