Shin Megami Tensei V

Eventually, Sahori decides that she wishes that her two bullies would disappear. But she is overheard by her demon partner Lahmu, who later manages to find Sahori when he invades her school along with his demonic minions. Sahori doesn’t believe that he is her partner, but Lahmu uses his power to release the anger that had been boiling inside of her, and so she proceeds to hunt down and murder her two bullies, then feeding them to Lahmu. Tao Isonokami attempts to persuade her to stop, and implies that Sahori had attacked other students apart from her bullies, but while Sahori admits she has always considered Tao to be a friend, the Saint is unable to get through to her. As Sahori's actions cause her to end up in debt to Lahmu, who wishes to merge with her to become a Nahobino again, he kidnaps her and takes her with him to the Netherworld's Shinagawa, making the Nahobino and Tao follow after them to save her.

Sahori eventually feels remorse for her actions, and is reluctant to return home for this reason. She decides to ask Lahmu questions about his plans, but while he explains to her what a Nahobino is, he otherwise avoids them by changing the subject. When Tao and the Nahobino discover where Lahmu is hiding, Lahmu decides to forcibly merge with Sahori and regain his former power, then attacks the Nahobino. It seems at first that the Nahobino managed to kill Lahmu, but in reality, he had only succeeded in destroying his body, as Lahmu manages to survive by possessing Sahori’s body, and using his power to kill Tao and Nahobino. After the Nahobino is revived, Sahori decides to turn on Lahmu after realizing that he does not truly care for her, and takes control of her body long enough to let Nahobino run his blade through her, which kills Lahmu in the process. Sahori thanks the Nahobino for killing her and dies peacefully.

In the Canon of Vengeance, Tao Isonokami steps in when Sahori is about to kill her two bullies and offers to help her, convinced by Yoko Hiromine to take action in their friendship and feeling ashamed for not being a better friend for her. Through this, Sahori decides to spare her bullies, as she does not wish for Tao to sink down to her level, which prevents Lahmu from being able to fuse with her. However, when she and Tao embrace in the aftermath of Lahmu's defeat, they are ambushed by Lilith for their Magatsuhi, which kills Sahori instantly.

In the Peaceful ending, a resurrected Sahori can be seen in the Nahobino's new world, enjoying her strife-free life with her friends.
