Prime Time, also known as All-Out Rush, is a mechanic in the Persona series.

Overview

All-Out Rush is a type of special move introduced in Persona 4 Arena, later introduced as a combat feature under the name Prime Time in Persona 4 Revival.

The Investigation Team has a gauge that appears on the right side of the screen when traversing through the TV World and in battle. Once the gauge is full, a party member can initiate Prime Time. During Prime Time, the party instantly gains four One Mores, their skills have no costs, their damage ignores enemy resists, they can Baton Pass to one another, and they can use a Series Finale (a high damaging move with a special animation that can only be used during Prime Time).

Persona 4 Arena

In Arena, an All-Out Rush is a type of attack that creates a dust cloud similar to an All-Out Attack. All-Out Rushes can combo into a All-Out Finish featuring a skull in the dust cloud, similarly to All-Out Attacks that defeat all enemies.
