Profile

The Ame-no-Murakumo, also known as the Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi, is a sword in Japanese mythology and is one of the three Imperial Regalia held by the Japanese royal family along with the mirror Yata no Kagami and the jewel Yasakani no Magatama. According to myth Susano-o pulled the sword from the body of Yamata-no-Orochi after he killed the serpent and present it to his sister Amaterasu as atonement for his past crimes. It was later given to Yamato Takeru by his aunt to protect him. When the field he was in was lit ablaze by a warlord seeking to kill him, Yamato Takeru used the sword to cut the burning grass and control the wind, redirecting the inferno to consume the warlord. Yamato Takeru renamed the sword Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi, meaning the "Grass Cutting Sword". In current day the sword is kept at the Atsuta Shrine in Nagoya. Due to its nature as a sacred object, it has been concealed from the public with the only account of its appearance comes from a priest from the 18th century.

Murakumo is the final unique skill of the Nahobino unlocked by the Aogami Type-0 essence. It deals severe strength based almighty damage that increases in power when landing a critical hit.
