The Moel Gas Station Attendant works at the gas station in the Central Shopping District and is one of the first people the protagonist meets when he comes to Inaba.

The attendant welcomes the protagonist to Inaba on his first day there, shaking his hand and letting him know that the gas station is hiring part-timers. After, during his year long stay in Inaba, the protagonist sees the attendant in the shopping district on rainy days.

Visualive Persona 4

The attendant appears in a flashback where Tohru Adachi first comes to Inaba and pulls up to the station to get gas. In the present, Adachi is portrayed as telling this story to Ryotaro Dojima.

Visualive Persona 4: The Evolution

When Taro Namatame's delivery truck gets a flat tire on a rainy night, he calls the gas station for assistance. The attendant arrives and sees that the protagonist and Adachi have stopped to check on Namatame, remarks on how the three have gathered there by chance, then leaves without helping Namatame change his tire. Upon realizing this, Namatame rushes off after the attendant, trying to get his assistance again.
