Kinap is a character in Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers.
Profile
The malformed parts of Kinap's body are designed to be reminiscent of silicon. Due to this, they have similar features to Nemissa's cyber form.[1]

Trivia
- Kaneko once implied that Kinap and Redman from Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner, who bears the same Japanese name as Kinap, are the same person.[2]
- Kaneko has said that Kinap's Japanese name (Redman) was deliberately chosen to create confusion with the Redman from Devil Summoner, and that any being that acts as a catalyst might be considered a "Redman".[3]
Nomenclature
Kazuma Kaneko claimed that the Redman was the savior in Native American mythology, meant to contrast with Whiteman, the savior in Mayan mythology.[4]
