Profile
Origin
In Norse culture, Hildisvini[a] is a boar attested in the Hyndluljóð, in which it accompanies Freya on her visit to Hyndla. It has golden bristles and was made by the dwarves Dáinn and Nabbi.[1]
It is unclear whether it is the same as Freyr's golden boar, Gullinbursti, which was made by Dáinn and Nabbi.[2]
