In Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey, Great Lament inflicts Charm on all non-Chaos-aligned enemies, and is exclusively used by Mastema during his boss fight.
In Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, Great Lament deals severe Almighty damage to all enemies, dealing more damage to enemies with status ailments, and may inflict Poison and Mirage. It is the unique skill of Mastema, and cannot be passed down via Fusion.
