Exousia is the Greek name of the Powers, an order of angels according to Pseudo-Dionysius's On the Celestial Hierarchy.
Design
Exousia is a knightly figure clad in gray-blue armor with gold trim, as well as red coloring on its shoulders, wrists, and boots. Its fingers are shotgun barrels, and it possesses a pair of red and green devil wings.
