Origin

The Black Rider comes from the Book of Revelation. He is the third of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, who rides a black horse and holds a pair of scales. When introduced, a voice speaks saying high prices for wheat and barley.

Design

Black Rider appears as a black-cloaked skeleton riding atop a black horse. It holds a set of silver scales in its armored right hand.
