Mitsuru Kirijo is a character in Persona 3. She is a student at Gekkoukan High School and a founding member of S.E.E.S. Later on, she would join the Shadow Operatives before the events of Persona 4 Arena

Mitsuru is the heiress of the Kirijo Group, a very wealthy family run conglomerate. She is a founding member of S.E.E.S. and was one of the first to awaken to a Persona.
