Lanling Wang is a Demon in the Megami Tensei franchise.

Origin

Gao Changgong,[a] also known as the Prince of Lanling,[b] was a 6th century Chinese general serving the Northern Qi dynasty who famously defeated a Northern Zhou army that had superior numbers.

A general of the Northern Qi during the 600s. He wore an ungly mask in battle because he was too beautiful for the battlefield. He was said to lead a cavalry of 500 men. His deeds were reproduced in a Chinese opera, where he wears a terrifying dragon mask.
