Digital Devil Story: Megami Tensei II is a 1990 role-playing game for the Famicom, and the second entry in Atlus's Digital Devil Story: Megami Tensei. It was developed by Atlus, published by Namcot, and released on April 6, 1990. It is a sequel to Atlus's 1987 Famicom game Template:Gamelink, which was adapted from Aya Nishitani's novel of the same name. Although a follow-up to and inspired by Nishitani's series of novels, Megami Tensei II is an original creation and not based on any previous works.

In 1995, alongside its prequel, both games were remastered as part of a collection in Template:Gamelink.
