Mitsuaki Madono is a Japanese voice actor who does anime, video games, and Japanese language dubbing. He is known as the voice actor for Tohru Adachi in the Persona series. His other notable roles include Kon in Bleach, Kaname Ohgi in Code Geass, Josuke Higashikata (part 8) in the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure fighting games, and the Japanese language dubover voice for Kermit.

Mitsuaki Madono was born in Osaka. As a child, he was interested in acting because of a comedy group that performed in Osaka.
