Digital Devil Story: Megami Tensei II is a 1990 role-playing game for the Famicom, and the second entry in Atlus's Digital Devil Story: Megami Tensei series. It was developed by Atlus, published by Namcot, and released on April 6, 1990. It is a sequel to Atlus's 1987 Famicom game Digital Devil Story: Megami Tensei, which was adapted from Aya Nishitani's novel of the same name. Although a follow-up to and inspired by Nishitani's series of novels, Megami Tensei II is an original creation and not based on any previous works.
In 1995, alongside its prequel, both games were remastered as part of a collection in Kyūyaku Megami Tensei.
To date, Megami Tensei II has not seen an official release outside of Japan. Stardust Crusaders, a translation group, released a fan translation on April 19, 2022.
