"The Great Drunkenness" is a Challenge Quest in Shin Megami Tensei IV.
Overview
This quest can be accepted from the Hunter Association in Ginza after completing "Samurai and Hunters United". On the Neutral route it must be completed as part of the quest "The Great Spirit of Hope", but it is otherwise optional.
Maenad's Wine is dropped by Dionysus, who appears as a fixed encounter in Ginza's Shopping District. After defeating him, the item can be turned in to the Hunter Association to complete the quest.
