Shin Hirasawa is an old man who lives in Toyama Shelter and his own research institute on the aforementioned place.
Game Appearances
Ayato Katsuragi first meets Shin Hirasawa after he is told by Kazumi Yamada that he left his sister Mei at Toyama Shelter under his care.
Katsuragi goes to Toyama Shelter, and upon diving further into the place he finds the Hirasawa Research Institute, upong getting there he's greeted by Dr. Hirasawa, who invites him over to a tea party and shows him his Demi-Humans, an android he created. He then calls the Card Soldier and March Hare with the tea and talks a bit with Katsuragi, he asks him why he’s in a place like this one, he tells him about the body parts and ask him if he could preserve them there, Hirasawa says that he can’t, but his apprentice Akihito Kusaka can, he’s in Ichigaya Shelter and that they only can enter there with an invitation letter, so he makes one for Katsuragi. All of a sudden Mei appears and talks with Katsuragi briefly, after that she leaves to bake some cookies.
After that Katsuragi leaves.
Some time after Katsuragi defeats Alice at the Shinagawa Hotel with Kazumi, he takes her body and delivers it to Dr. Hirasawa and if Katsuragi decides to visit him after these events he'll reveal that Mei's illness is almost cured and that Alice has been repaired, although she doesn't seem to remembe the events at the Shinagawa Hotel.
