Akihito Kusaka is a character in Giten Megami Tensei: Tokyo Revelation.
Profile
Akihito Kusaka is the main doctor of Ichigaya Shelter, he runs the place and makes surgeries and can even revive people under the right circumstances.

Akihito Kusaka is first mentioned to Ayato Katsuragi when he goes to the Millennium General Hospital and hears that Tatsuya Hayasaka's body was sold to him and when Katsuragi alongside Emi Kirishima and Sanshiro Soma go to the place, they are told they need an appointment, to which they later find out about Shin Hirasawa at Toyama Shelter, who gives them a invitation letter so they can enter the place, as Kusaka was one of the students of Dr. Hirasawa.
Once they get to the shelter they are greeted by Dr. Kusaka who explains to them what happened with the body and shows it to them, but he tells Emi that Hayasaka cannot be revived, as he has stayed dead for too long, but Emi is decided on reviving him, so she leaves Katsuragi and remains at Ichigaya Shelter to find a way to revive Hayasaka.
Later in the game, Dr. Kusaka, having stored the body parts of Yuuka Tachibana (if given the choice), he helps Katsuragi revive her, but due to the lack of heart he can't do much about Yuuka's state without her heart.
