Requiem was a winner of a contest for fan-submitted devil designs held for children at Tokyo Game Show 2001 Spring.[1] According to the game's credits, its designer was Eriko Iwane.

Requiem is a Password Devil who can be obtained at the Subway Construction Site in Harajuku. By interacting with a certain tree on the west end of the site, and inputting the password レクイエム (Requiem), it will join Masaki's party.
