Kikuko Inoue is a Japanese voice actress, singer, and the founder of the voice-acting company Office Anemone. Some of her notable roles include Belldandy in Oh My Goddess!, Sanae Furukawa in Clannad, The Boss and Rosemary in the Metal Gear series, Alcina Dimitrescu in Resident Evil Village, I-No in Guilty Gear, Virgilia in Umineko When They Cry, and Venat in Final Fantasy XIV. In the Megami Tensei franchise she is the Japanese voice of female Tico and Louisa Ferre.

  • Inoue is known for always saying that she is 17 years old and, due to this, establishing the "17 Years Old" religion. Followers include fellow Megami Tensei voice actors Yui Horie and Rina Sato. One is meant to reply, "Uh-huh, sure" as a sign of doubt.
