Katsuyuki Konishi is a Japanese voice actor. Some of his notable roles include Kamina in Gurren Lagann, Captain Ginyu in Dragon Ball, Xander and Hubert from the Fire Emblem series, Diavolo in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind, Tengen Uzui in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, and Lloyd Irving in Tales of Symphonia.
In the Megami Tensei franchise he is the Japanese voice of Walter, Eiji Kamiya, and Shun Kano.
