Nomenclature
Heehoko's name is derived from Jack Frost's catchphrase "Hee-ho", and 子 -ko, a common suffix in Japanese girls' names. Her localized name, Reiho, may be derived from Rei Reiho from Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner, and goes along with Hee Ho's name being localized as Raiho (who is in actuality a separate character).
