Ayato Katsuragi comes to this district with Sanshiro Soma, but upon leaving the underground district they are seized by some Bael Believers and are defeated by them, upon waking up they find themselves in the headquarters of the Mother Venus cult, they are told by their leader Shizuna Kakusei that she was passing by when she saw the two getting attacked and so she decided to save them, after some chat they're introduced to Kazusa Kakusei, Shizuna's son and the reincarnation of the hunter that slayed Illuyanka in the past and was the lover of the goddess Ishtar, he gives them their blessing to revive Yuuka Tachibana who is the reincarnation of Ishtar according to Kazusa and the Ishtar's Hammer HQ.

Later once Katsuragi has defeated the demon Lamashtu in Yaesu, he's seized by some members of the Mother Venus Cult, they tell him that Shizuna is waiting for him and that he must see her immediately, so after getting to where Shizuna is, she reveals that she ordered the Bael Believers to attack Katsuragi and Sanshiro, but that it was her son Kazusa who told her to spared them after he learned of the true nature of Katsuragi's identity, then she calls forth the demon Asherah and she starts a fight with Katsuragi and upon defeating her she bestows the torso of Yuuka to Katsuragi. Shizuna is surprised to see Asherah being defeated and thus Katsuragi can decide to do two things:

Route 1: Katsuragi forgives Shizuna for what she did and then talk to Kazusa who just arrived and will reveal that now that Asherah is dead her mother doesn’t have any powers anymore, and that in reality Katsuragi is the legendary hunter of Ishtar, that she told him on a vision shortly after he met with Katsuragi and that now he should not have any reasons to kill her.

Route 2: Katsuragi, enraged for what Shizuna did plans to kill her and so Shizuna faints out of fear due to this. Some priestesses come and try to stop him telling to not do it, but Katsuragi is decided on killing her and so they remain silent, he then points his gun to Shizuna's head and she wakes up and remains fearful, then Katsuragi hears a scream, it was Kazusa who just arrived and explains Katsuragi that he is the legendary hunter who was Ishtar's lover, and that now that he knows he should not have any reason to kill Shizuna, but Katsuragi moves forward and upon pulling the trigger a sound is heard, turns out Tōko Tachibana with a gun pulls the trigger and kills Katsuragi. Suddenly Bael Believers appear and mock Katsuragi for letting himself be killed by a mad woman, and then he is taken out of the building.
