In Persona 5 and Persona 5 Royal, Hifumi is the Star arcana Confidant. Joker can meet her after hearing the rumor about a beautiful female shogi player.

Carrying a Persona of the Star arcana increases points earned by 1.5x. If Joker accepts Hifumi's invite on a day off, then points will be increased by 1.2x. These effects are multiplicative, rounded to 6 decimal places.[1]

Joker can begin Hifumi's Confidant two days after clearing Junya Kaneshiro's palace by going to Kanda church and speaking to her. This requires rank 3 Charm. Any responses given during their first meeting will result in rank 1.
