Mechanics

Due to a discrepancy in the conditions for applying Critical Charge and removing it from the user, Feline Fury can benefit from Critical Charge without consuming it. The discrepancy is in the removal condition, which exempts level-based attacks from consuming Critical Charge, while the application condition allows most Physical-attribute attacks to benefit from Critical Charge, regardless of their damage type. Feline Fury, being a level-based Physical attack, passes the application condition, but not the removal condition.
