Cooper Smith is a character in Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner.
Profile
Cooper Smith is an American colonel and a friend of Chen Jianmin. He is the commander of a supply corps based in Hirasaki City located within Yarai-Ku and accessible through the Sewers. At Chen's request, he agrees to sell the protagonist weapons and ammunition.
