Hirasaki City is the primary location of Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner. It is home to several locations, most prominently the home ward of the Protagonist, Asahi-Ku. Both Hirasaki and Asahi can be custom named by the player, although every other location's name is hard-set.
