Commander Skills are a mechanic in Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux and Soul Hackers 2. They are special skills only usable by the game's respective protagonist.

Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux
Introduced in Redux, Commander Skills are only usable by the Protagonist purchased as Apps in the Red Sprite's lab. They do not cost a turn or any MP and offer various effects. There are also Auto Commander Skills, which activate automatically, either randomly or when certain conditions are met.
After a Commander Skill is used, there is a temporary five-turn cooldown before it can be used again.
Soul Hackers 2
Ringo can use Commander Skills to offer benefits to all party members.
Like in Strange Journey Redux, there is a cooldown before the skills can be reused, however, the length depends on what skill is used.

| Braveheart | Commander Skill | All allies will be protected from status ailments and decrease effects for 3 turns. |
| Spearhead | Commander Skill | All allies' attacks ignore enemy attribute types on activated turn. |
| Promotion | Auto Commander Skill | Increase allies' Attack, Defense, and Agility. |
| Bite the Bullet | Commander Skill | All allies can be revived with 1 HP from KO once during the activated turn. |
