Amanda Winn-Lee is an English dub voice actress who was prolific in the anime and JRPG dubbing scenes in the 90s and 00s. She is best known as the voice of Rei Ayanami in the original ADV English dub of Neon Genesis Evangelion, of which she was also voice director. She voices several characters in the Megami Tensei series
