Overview
"Acquire Samegawa's Guardian" is available starting January 10th from Old Man Daidara in his shop Daidara Metalworks in the Central Shopping District. Daidara asks the protagonist for Samegawa River's Guardian, a large, rare fish. He can catch the fish by using an Inaba Jewel Beetle as bait while fishing in the river. Returning to Daidara to show him the fishy, he will suddenly be struck with inspiration and craft the Guardian weapon for the protagonist as a reward.
