"A World Shaped by the Strong" is a Quest in Shin Megami Tensei IV.
Overview
This quest is registered by Burroughs after Walter fuses with Lucifer. This is the final quest on the Chaos route.
After the quest is registered, Lucifer joins Flynn's party as a guest.
While exiting Camp Ichigaya, Flynn and Lucifer are confronted by Isabeau. After defeating her, they proceed to Naraku.
In Naraku, Flynn encounters a barrier. Lucifer destroys the barrier, and the entrance to Purgatorium is revealed.
After defeating Merkabah, the quest is completed.
