Quantum Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner Vol. 1 is the first novel in a series written by Yu Godai, the story director of the Digital Devil Saga games. It features a plot closer to her original concepts for the first game's plot, which needed to be reworked to work for the format of a video game.
Synopsis
Differences from the Games
The novels feature a much darker tone compared to the games. Sera is a less naive and well meaning character and is instead more sardonic and melancholic. Rather than singing to relieve hunger she sucks blood.
