Skill cards are cards that grant their associated skills to any Persona. They debuted in Persona 3 Portable and return in Persona 4 Golden and Persona 5.

Persona 4 Golden

Skill Cards are a new feature added to Persona 4 Golden. After the player obtains a card via Shuffle Time, by bringing a Persona that has learned a skill with a Skill Card icon to Cafe Chagall, or from Tanaka on the Sunday shopping program, cards can be given to Marie or Margaret in the Velvet Room and they will sell the player copies for a price.
