Ikutsuki oversees S.E.E.S. as a school club and is the only adult to regularly board with and oversee them. He cannot summon a persona but experiences the Dark Hour. He loves puns and is fairly cordial.
After S.E.E.S. defeats all 12 arcana shadows during the full moon operations, Ikutsuki reveals his true goals, he intends not to end the dark hour but to bring about The Fall, which the arcana shadows were in the way of. He is also a double agent and the leader of Strega.

At the top of the Iwatoadai dorm near the roof, the player can enter Ikutsuki's base of operations. Here he has surveillance cameras recording all of S.E.E.S. rooms
