Persona 4

In Persona 4, a Silenced character will be unable to use skills. The protagonist will also be unable to swap Personas.

Persona 4 Arena Ultimax

When a character is Muted, they're unable to use their Persona related moves. Mute clears after hitting an opponent, or after a set amount of time.
