Gale is a main and playable character in the Digital Devil Saga series. He is a member of the Embryon, one of the five core Tribes of the Junkyard.

As the advisor of the Embryon,[1] Gale is a voice of reason that Serph consults when planning the group's next move. He is analytical, thoughtful, and perceptive, always offering carefully-considered advice.
