She describes how people come to Valhalla to partake in any amount of earthly desires they can, making the district prosper in peace, then explains how the [[Center]] controls every district and how she intends to keep Valhalla just the way it is. She then brings up an issue with a former worker of hers named [[Hanada]] who ran away and is trying to open a portal to the [[Makai (Shin Megami Tensei II)|Makai]], then asking Hawk to apprehend him and bring him back to her.
