Profile
Origin
Design
Artemis's design from Kyūyaku Megami Tensei appears to be based on the statue formerly located at the Temple of Artemis in Ephesus. The design used in Shin Megami Tensei: Nine, which is a recolor of Diana's design from Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers, is reminiscent of this statue as well.

---|---|
Shin Megami Tensei V | The Greek goddess of hunting chastity. She was often identified with the moon goddess Selene and was therefore also worshiped as a moon goddess herself. Like her twin brother, Apollo, her association with achery granted her the title of "far-shooter" in addition to being recognized as a bringer of plague and death. This is depicted in myth, in which she is deceived by Apollo and shoots her beloved Orion. |
Devil Children Light Book and Dark Book |
A legendary huntress who prowns the woods with her trusty bow in hand. |
