Tsukuyomi is the true identity of Hayao Koshimizu, having taken control of the Japanese branch of Bethel after the disappearance of his sister Amaterasu. He inhabits the body of a logistic type Proto-fiend and disguises himself as a human in order to guide Japan as its Prime Minister.
