Trivia
- In both the Game Boy and Game Boy Color versions of Last Bible II, naming Yūri certain names will start the game with certain effects.[1] These include:
- If Yūri is named ポンです pondesu, he will start the game with his innate Attack and Defense stats at 744.
- If Yūri is named モンスター monsutaa, the game will display the battle sprites and names of all Beasts and characters one by one. The game will return to the title screen after displaying all battlers.
Nomenclature
Yūri's name may come from Yuri (also spelled Jurij among other variants), a Slavic form of George.
