Files, Templates, and Boilerplates
Hello there! I just wanted to go over a few things very quickly based on your recent edits.
- It appears your new articles Rarity and Grade and AI Tendency did not use boilerplates. This is fine, but just so you know, boilerplate options are available for mechanics as well, not just skills. If you copied the page text directly, boilerplates are a great way to create "fresh start" pages as they act as a model for you to fill out with the information you have. The guidelines on article writing have a section about boilerplates if that helps. Since it appears you mostly edit on mobile, you may want to use desktop mode to have access to boilerplates.
- Some of your edits omitted certain templates such as Skill Effect and simply write out the effect by hand. This is not preferable; for consistency reasons, we prefer the use of templates (and are more than happy to help if you run into an issue using them). Please do not remove them when creating pages.
- Files on Megami Tensei Wiki follow specific rules. The guidelines on files explain this a bit more in-depth, but most importantly they follow a specific naming scheme. Your uploaded files have already been moved to match the naming scheme. Additionally, the File Info template is mandatory and should not be removed.
Thank you, and have a good day! --

A couple things about your recent Dx2 contributions
Hello there. Thank you for your dedication in covering Liberation Dx2! There are a couple things, however, I'd like to bring to your attention:
- There have been a couple instances where you've added demon gameplay information to the
Game Appearancessection. This is a bit of a common mistake, but that section is actually intended for story-related information, and not for things like banner summons. Gameplay-related information should instead go into theGameplaysection or page. You can read more about this in Guidelines:Article Writing#Game Pages and Guidelines:Gameplay.
- A couple of your recent file uploads were Cait Sith's and Kodama's artwork ripped from Dx2. Ordinarily this would be a welcomed addition. However, we already have their artwork on our wiki and in much higher resolution. Since your uploaded files were essentially lower-quality duplicates, they have been deleted. We already have most demons' artwork on the wiki, so it is highly recommended to first check if the demon's artwork already exists here before uploading it.
- As well, we have also noticed you've been uploading a lot of screenshots of demons' stat screens from Dx2. Screenshots are welcomed here, however we do also tend to be a little more picky about uploaded screenshots and their intended purpose on the wiki. Are you uploading the screenshots to showcase the in-game models? If that is the case, it may be better to crop the image to the model and upload it as a separate file with the 'Model' file type. Guidelines:Files will explain this in more detail.
None of this is meant to dissuade you from contributing. Your work is still highly appreciated! Your contributions can be made much stronger though by keeping these in mind. Thank you for your attention. — RustyVanBurace (talk) 19:58, 7 June 2026 (UTC)
Dx2 Skill Gifs
Hello! I wanted to ask, are you recording the footage for the Dx2 skill gifs yourself? If so, would you be able to turn off speedup while recording? If not (i.e. you're getting them from a YouTube video of someone else's gameplay) then that's fine; you can continue uploading them as is regardless. Thanks! --

Hi! Yes, I recorded the footage myself. Thanks for pointing that out I'll try turning off speedup for future skill gifs so they play at normal speed.

Coltia and Joy
Hi there. Since I saw that you had uploaded rips of Mocchi, Suezo, and Phoenix from the Dx2 collab event, could you also do the same for Coltia and Joy as well? Thanks! — RustyVanBurace (talk) 20:24, 13 July 2026 (UTC)
